Terms of Service
Terms of use for the HejData platform

§ 1 Scope and contracting parties
These Terms of Service govern the use of the HejData SaaS platform, operated by Lars Macario, Klingnberg 11, 25451 Quickborn, Deutschland ("Provider").
The contracting party is the registered user or the organization that maintains a HejData account.
§ 2 Description of services
HejData is a multi-project dashboard for monitoring traffic, revenue, and user data from connected Supabase projects.
The specific feature set depends on the selected plan (Free, Starter, Growth). Features and limits may change during the beta period.
§ 3 Trial period and subscription
New organizations receive 14 days of Growth access without payment obligation.
After the trial period ends, the account automatically switches to the Free plan unless a paid subscription is purchased.
Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe and renew monthly unless cancelled.
§ 4 Customer obligations
The customer agrees in particular to:
- Keep access credentials confidential and grant access only to authorized persons
- Connect only Supabase Service Role Keys for which they are authorized
- Have their own legal basis for processing end-user data (GDPR)
- Enter into the DPA with HejData before connecting production data
- Update their own privacy policy accordingly when using the analytics script
- Not use HejData for unlawful content or purposes
§ 5 Availability
The Provider strives for high availability but does not guarantee it during the beta period.
Maintenance windows and outages at third-party providers (Supabase, Hostinger, Stripe) may affect availability.
§ 6 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical contract damages.
The Provider is liable for data loss only to the extent that the customer has implemented appropriate data backups.
§ 7 Termination
The customer may delete their account at any time. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled via the billing dashboard or Stripe.
The Provider may suspend accounts with immediate effect in the event of serious violations of these Terms of Service.
§ 8 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered office of the Provider.
